1. Agreement to Terms

Technical implementation and management are provided by ManyMangoes Pty Ltd. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

JET provides messaging API services that enable developers and businesses to integrate messaging capabilities into their applications. Our services include:

• RESTful API endpoints for sending and receiving messages
• Real-time messaging capabilities
• Message delivery and status tracking
• Developer tools and documentation
• Technical support and maintenance

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 API Keys and Authentication

You will receive API keys for authentication. You must keep these keys secure and not share them with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk communications
• Transmit harmful, illegal, or offensive content
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services

5. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Our services are subject to usage limits and fair use policies. We reserve the right to:

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Fees and Billing

6.2 Payment Processing

We strive to maintain high service availability and performance. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for temporary outages or maintenance periods.

8. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in our services, including software, documentation, and trademarks, remain our property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these Terms.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JET AND MANYMANGOES PTY LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless JET and ManyMangoes Pty Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Japan Europe Trading is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
